You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. ss888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ss888 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ss888 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.
All ss888 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in PKR. ss888 does not currently support multi-currency accounts for Pakistani-registered users.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ss888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. Dormancy fees will continue to be applied until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. ss888 will make reasonable efforts to notify players via email before dormancy fees commence.

There are no fees charged by ss888 on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ss888 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and may suspend accounts where third-party deposit activity is detected.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two business hours under normal operating conditions, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume may take longer. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. ss888 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges.
ss888 operates in full compliance with its international gaming licence's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Large or unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. ss888 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required under our licensing obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ss888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ss888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ss888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may close your ss888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
ss888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of closure for breach, any balance associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ss888 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
